This issue is a duplicate of ENH-000139115.Solution de contournement
Adding three digits after the comma prevents the number from being flagged as invalid. For example, 1,23 can be written as 1,230 without changing the value of the decimal. This workaround only works for decimal values with three digits or less. Longer decimal values such as 1,2345678 are still flagged as invalid.
