The Collector for ArcGIS (Windows) app crashes when a survey includes a 'select_one' type question within a repeat with integer values in the choice list.

?In the select_one type question within a repeat, assign the field type as esrifieldTypeString in the bind::esri:fieldType column or keep it blank. Save the .xlsx form and republish the survey.
