Bogue
The Collector for ArcGIS (Android) app fails to access a web map in offline mode, when a hosted tile layer is used as a basemap in Portal for ArcGIS.

Solution de contournement
Publish a hosted tile layer to Portal for ArcGIS from ArcMap:- Use the default tiling scheme, using all levels.
- In the Service Editor, open Advanced Settings > Advanced, and check the Allow clients to export cache tiles check box.
- Provide the summary and tag.
- Click Analyze > Publish.
