The Change Parcel Type command does not always transfer all lines to the new parcel type when changing parcels to a different parcel type.

Solution de contournement

1. Select the parcel lines to change and use the Copy Lines To tool to copy the selected lines to the target parcel type. Seeds are automatically created in the target parcel type polygon feature class.
2. Build the parcels. The selected parcel lines from the initial parcel type can be deleted if needed.
