Either specify a field width for the nvarchar field or recreate the field in a different data type.How To: Change the data type for an existing fieldhttps://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000009835If changing or removing the nvarchar(max) field is not plausible, upgrade the user's ArcGIS client software since the issue is not reproducible at 10.6.
