Bogue
The Calculate Field tool fails when attempting to access the Python strftime() function on date fields after using the Migrate Date Field To High Precision (Data Management) tool.

Create a new date field and use a custom date format, as shown in the image below.
This method allows any desired file format to be used in the new field by specifying the existing field in the Calculate Field tool, as shown in the image below.
