The Build Multidimensional Info tool fails with the "999999 error" error returning when the Variable field parameter is not set even though it is not marked as a required parameter.

There is no fix installed for this issue as it is not reproducible anymore, the error message (002866) has been added in the software.

Set the Variable field parameter to a value and run the tool again.
