1] write Buffer Tool output to a shapefile, and import the shapefile to geodatabase feature class.2] project point geodatabase feature class to geographic, buffer the point in the GCS specifying linear units for the buffer distance, project the buffer feature class back to the desired projected coordinate system.3] Densify the buffer after the buffer has been created in the projected coordinate system.
