Bogue
The behavior in ArcGIS Pro must be changed to be the same as ArcMap when adding a query layer with duplicate ObjectID (OID) rows.

Create another view which creates a unique column using either ROW_NUMBER or combining columns to form a new unique ObjectID (OID).
