The Batch mode does not work for the Quick Export tool of the Data Interoperability extension in ArcGIS Pro.

Batch mode is by design disabled for the Data Interoperability Quick tools. There is a disconnect with Data Interoperability and the geoprocessing framework because Data Interoperability wants to handle workspaces (geodatabases), and the geoprocessing framework doesn’t. Having said that Server can be used to work around this.
