Bogue

The Batch Attribute Editor widget does not allow selecting a feature for editing using the mouse click and the widget selects a feature only when zoomed in on the feature layer.

This is due to the intersection tolerance for selecting a feature using the point. This is not a bug and is expected behavior. As a workaround, change the selection tool to use another shape such as Extent from the Select by Area option. The selection of the feature is successful most of the time when the web map is highly zoomed-in.
