This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.Solution de contournement
- Create the web map with the vector tile base map and data needed.
- Open up the web map in the new map viewer instead of Map Viewer Classic.
- When wanting to create a web app, create an Instant app or use ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- When using either of these web applications, the base map along with the data is rendered properly when zooming in and out of the web map.
