The attribute table for a feature class or table is not updated when loading data into a feature class or table through the ArcCatalog window in ArcMap.

Close and re-open the table.Note: The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3. Loading data from the feature class to the geodatabase table reflect the loaded records in the open attribute table of the stand-alone geodatabase table.
