This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and 3.0.2 using the Export Features tool with output to Microsoft SQL Server 2019. It is possible that there are precision differences when exporting to enterprise geodatabase. After creating the Area field, shift the field to place it before the ST_length() and the ST_area() fields and use the Calculate Geometry tool on the field.
