The arcpy.MakeFeatureLayer_management process creates a lock on every feature class in a file geodatabase and does not release them until the python script is closed.

Solution de contournement

1. Run the Copy tool in the script.
2. Save the compressed geodatabase to a new folder.
3. Zip up the copy because the folder must not have any lock files.
4. Run a command to delete the unzipped copy.
