All form items (accessible to a given user account) are displayed on the My Surveys page of the website when signed in as the user, whether they are associated to published surveys or not. For this reason, the Tech Support Article recommends that the uploadForms.py script is run from an account that is not used for ArcGIS Survey123 Connect. This explanation will be improved to: The account used to run this script is the owner of the uploaded forms. This means the uploaded content is displayed in the My Surveys page of the Survey123 website, and the gallery page of ArcGIS Survey123 Connect for that account. Given the large number of forms, Esri recommends running the script from a non-admin account that is not used to author surveys.
