The issue was fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.x and tested in ArcGIS Pro 3.5 Patch 1 (3.5.1). Due to BUG-000176644, it is recommended to add the ArcGIS Pro 3.5 Patch 1 (3.5.1) after upgrading to ArcGIS Pro 3.5.
