Bogue
The ArcGIS Monitor installer for Linux handles a custom install directory differently than the installer for the previous version, causing issues with the installation paths.

This issue is only present when upgrading from ArcGIS Monitor 2023.0 to 2023.1. Future upgrades of ArcGIS Monitor will not encounter this folder mismatch.Solution de contournement
Accept the new installation path, or uninstall the 2023.0 version of ArcGIS Monitor before installing the 2023.1 version to keep the same installation directory. There is no workaround to force it to overwrite the existing files.
