This is the expected behavior. It is not recommended to add the Map Viewer URL to a story to add a web map to a story. To add maps to a story, click the green (+) button and click the Map option instead of clicking the Embed option and pasting the Map Viewer URL.Solution de contournement
- Add item from URL to Content in ArcGIS Online.
- Store the credentials when adding the item to make it accessible publicly.
- Add the layers with credentials embedded to the underlying web map to allow the desired app to be used as expected when shared publicly.
