The ArcGIS Experience Builder's Print widget does not update the output spatial reference when changing the map's basemap.

Solution de contournement

Create a custom widget using the Print widget code and alter the code logic to detect the map's spatial reference changes to automatically use the current map spatial reference as the default parameter for the output spatial reference.
