The ArcGIS Experience Builder Embed widget with an embedded Survey123 form fails to load and returns the error message "The survey is not accessible or does not exist" on Chrome version 142.

Solution de contournement

If continuing to use Chrome, navigate to chrome://flags/ and set Local Network Access Checks from Default to Disabled. This restores the behavior prior to the Chrome 142.x update. Other browsers do not show this behavior.
