Bogue
The ArcGIS Enterprise portal returns "Error code 405" when attempting to disable 'read_only' mode via the ArcGIS API for Python, although this action succeeds through the ArcGIS Enterprise Portal Administrator Directory user interface.

Manually disable read-only mode using the Portal Administrator Directory:
- Log in to the ArcGIS Enterprise Portal Administrator Directory (URL format: https://<portal_machine_fqdn>:7443/arcgis/portaladmin).
- Navigate to Mode and Update.
- Set 'read_only' to False and submit the change.
