Configure Portal 10.3.1 for ArcGIS with the ArcGIS 10.3.1 Web Adaptor for Java. When configured, it passes the Content-Type ’text/plain;charset=utf-8 header’ which succeeds and allows Portal for ArcGIS to display the service.Étapes pour reproduire
