This is as designed. The Preserve Global IDs environment setting only works on data containing a Global ID field with a unique index. This is documented in https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.4/tool-reference/data-management/append.htm#:~:text=For%20the%20Append%20tool%2C%20this%20environment%20only%20applies%20to%20enterprise%20geodatabase%20data%20and%20will%20only%20work%20on%20data%20that%20has%20a%20Global%20ID%20field%20with%20a%20unique%20index.%20If%20the%20Global%20ID%20field%20does%20not%20have%20a%20unique%20index%2C%20the%20tool%20may%20fail. The documentation can be updated to clarify that the environment is also applicable to mobile geodatabase (.geodatabase) data.Étapes pour reproduire
