Bogue
The Append tool does not work in Portal for ArcGIS web map when it is published as a web tool to ArcGIS Enterprise.

This appears to be a workflow issue: 1. Upload is not needed for the Append tool to work. 2. It is recommended for web tools, to add a copy features tool after append tool to capture the appended data. 3. In order to upload a local file as an input, the input data type needs to be a file. User's can't simply upload a file for a feature input. 4. In order to see the data appended to the original input, one will need to publish the web tool with referenced data, not copied data. And in this case, do not use the copy feature tool from point 2 above.Étapes pour reproduire
