Bogue
The anchored window in ArcGIS Experience Builder does not function properly when multiple buttons are displayed in the Foldable template.

In the case of anchored windows that are open more than one at a time, clicking the buttons in each window means clicking outside of the other windows. Therefore, if 'Click outside to close Window' is checked, clicking on the window's button closes the window. This is by design. The other issue caused by the 'Click outside to close Window' option does not occur for anchored windows. This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Online 10.1 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.Solution de contournement
Use a fixed window (rather than an anchored window) resolves the issue.
