1. Change soc, som, arcgiswebservices passwords.2. Change application pool password for arcgiswebservices.3. Run GIS Post Installation.4. Run Web Services Post Installation.5. Log off. Do not shut down. Shutting down or stopping instance changes the host name.6. Stop instance.7. Restart instance.8. Associate with EIP.9. Reboot instance.10.
