Bogue
The add-in for ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET 3.3 returns an error when writing XML due to the failure of the CIMObject.WriteXML method.

Starting from ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET 3.0, add-ins should use JSON as the persistence format. XML support was dropped starting from version 3.0. This is documented in the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET 3.0 Migration Guide: https://github.com/esri/arcgis-pro-sdk/wiki/ProConcepts-3.0-Migration-Guide#arcgiscoredll The (static) XML methods are still present on the base class for internal purposes.
