Bogue
Text callouts do not display in vector tile packages when the 'Text fill symbol' color is completely transparent.

The issue is reproducible and has been fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6 and later. For users on earlier versions, refer to the Workaround section.Solution de contournement
Instead of making the 'Text fill symbol' color transparent, set the color to match the callout point symbol color. If the text shows over the edge of the symbol, reduce the font size accordingly.
