Bogue
Synchronizing changes in a file geodatabase (check-out replica) to an enterprise geodatabase using the Synchronize Changes geoprocessing tool fails unless ArcGIS Pro is closed and reopened when the file geodatabase is accessed from a folder connection.

- Restart ArcGIS Pro
- Right-click on the file geodatabase from the Databases container in the Catalog pane and select Distributed Geodatabase > Synchronize Changes to perform a sync (check-in)
