Bogue
Symbology in the legends lose some their color and formatting when printed if the print service is created from the ISO A# default templates.

This is a known limit when a print service is published from ArcMap. It is recommended to publish a print service from ArcGIS Pro 2.1 or the later version if users have ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6 or above (if users do not have Portal for ArcGIS 10.7 or above).
