Symbology for the point features does not rotate as per the Rotation angle set from the Map Properties dialog box in ArcGIS Pro.

There is a symbol setting for this for the ArcGIS Pro point symbols. View the Angel Alignment property and set it to Map for the desired behavior in this case. In ArcMap, this capability is governed by a registry key. Putting the property at the symbol level allows for greater control for varied symbol use cases.Solution de contournement
