Create surveys with Hebrew letters in the title using the beta version of Survey123 for ArcGIS to allow surveys to be created through the web browser. To create a new survey online, go to <a href="http://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys" target="_blank">http://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys</a>.
