Survey123 Classic cannot be installed from the Apple Store due to rejection by Apple. ESRI has no control over this decision. The app has been rejected a handful of times by the company and therefore, providing the .ipa to sideload is not an option either. Providing the .ipa would break licensing agreements with Apple and violate their Terms of Service.
