This behavior is caused by a lack of support for TLS 1.1 and 1.2 on the ADFS server. Users should enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2Solution de contournement
Add support for TLS 1.1 and 1.2.
When adding a URL for Portal for ArcGIS, there is an option to use external web browser for sign in. This is successful. Some newer IOS version/device combinations allow users to open the signin button in the browser by holding down and clicking the button in the app.
