Informations supplémentaires

Polygons could get too large if we didn't segment them by blocks

Solution de contournement

Several options:1. Do not display polygon boundaries when making slope maps. The slope polygons on either side of the block boundaries should reasonably match so you won’t notice a boundary when using just polygon fills colored by slope class. 2. Run Dissolve on the output polygons (based on slope class). Potential problems may result from the huge polygons that can result though (read the help for Dissolve). This is why we don't do this automatically in the SurfaceSlope tool.3. Use a raster based approarch. Run TerrainToRaster (make one big raster) followed by raster Slope tool.
