Bogue
Subtypes that are identical in both initial annotation feature classes are created with a new name in the target annotation feature class when using the Append Annotation Features tool.

1. Load the two annotation feature classes into ArcMap (new empty map document).2. Start an edit session. (Editor->Start Edit Session) (Open Annotation toolbar if not already open)3. Click on the Select Annotation tool and turn off the first layer4. Set the target of the edit session for the first layer (make sure no class is selected)5. Select all the features from the second layer and select the Edit menu->Copy6. Select Edit->Paste and stop editing (Editor->Stop Editing)7. Save your edits.Étapes pour reproduire
