This issue is not reproducible at the latest version.Solution de contournement
- Export the HGT to a TIFF, and re-add it to the project.
- Calculate statistics for the HGT raster before adding it to a project in ArcGIS Pro.
- For some HGTs, changing the symbology from Stretch to another type and back to Stretch resolves the issue.
- Note: This workaround is not consistent for all HGT rasters
