Bogue
Stream services that use a WebSocketContextURL fail to draw features after restarting the ArcGIS Server service until the WebSocketContextURL is reapplied.

This is expected behavior when ArcGIS/GeoEvent Server is unable to resolve the DNS alias URI provided in WebSocketContextURL parameter.Solution de contournement
