Bogue
Starting DDA_Arc.exe (in either the 9.3.1 or 10 versions) on computers installed with ArcGIS Desktop 10 results in a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error; 9.3.1 DDA_Arc.exe starts without error on a computer installed with 9.3.1.

DDA_Arc was developed to convert SDC data format to shapefile when we began delivering Data & Maps in SDC format. We last delivered Data & Maps data in SDC format in 2014 at 10.3. Currently there is no plan to maintain the DDA_Arc.exe in more recent ArcGIS Desktop versions.Solution de contournement
Usa DDA_Arc.exe from 9.3.1 or a previous version. If that is not available, select the desired features and export or use a procedure with the Clip tool to clip the data.Étapes pour reproduire
