Bogue
Starting ArcMap or clicking on the Search window in either ArcMap or ArcCatalog on Spanish Windows XP, 7, or Vista without the Spanish language supplement installed results in a Microsoft .NET Framework exception error, as it is looking for the file ItemInfoTypes.xml in a directory path that does not exist.

Solution de contournement
Install the ArcGIS Desktop 10 Spanish Language supplement and set display language to Spanish.Language supplements are not yet available for all non-English users. For those non-English users (without language pack availability) the workaround is to create a physical folder on disk based on the language (example: ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\SearchResources\es\Schema\ItemInfoTypes.xml) and copy the original ItemInfoTypes.xml from the SearchResources\Schema folder.Étapes pour reproduire
