10.9.1 - 11.3:
Uninstall the patch from the ArcGIS Server machine:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Within Programs>Uninstall a program.
- Select View installed updates.
- Right click ArcGIS Server Security 2025 Update 1 Patch > Uninstall
