Bogue
Sorting a table by a field that has an assigned domain results in certain records disappearing from the table.

Solution de contournement
The Sort (Data Management) tool sorts the table using a field that is assigned a domain and maintains all records. Please note that the tool creates a new table in a file geodatabase with the sort's results.
