Bogue
Sometimes clicking 'Zoom to' for feature layers zooms out to the full extent of the web map instead of zooming in to the features in the layer.

The extents of both layers are very different. The point has an extent over Vienna, the polylines have an extent over the world. The zoom to for the entire layer uses those layer extents. This is the same behavior in ArcGIS Pro and the extent information under props depicts both layers to have very different extents.Solution de contournement
Set the extent of the hosted feature layer via the layer settings.
