The timeout value is standard for services in ArcGIS Pro. When loading large Web Feature Service (WFS) datasets in ArcGIS Pro, to avoid timeout issues on the server, use the PAGESIZE keyword. Set the value to a reasonable number so that a response from the server can return features within the time limit. For example, 1000, 5000, or 10000.
