Some Living Atlas layers are not available when using Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.

Hello, For those three layers that were reported missing in Portal 10.5, 1) Thailand Purchasing Power per Capita 2) Thailand Average Household Size 3) Vector Tiles We will include 3) in Portal 10.5.1 However for 1) and 2), at this point they are not able to be included in Portal in the near future as design. Here is the workaround: 1) Login Portal and go to Map Viewer 2) Click Add - Search for Layers in "ArcGIS Online" 3) Search the desired layer and click Add 4) Sign in to ArcGIS Online by entering Online credential. 5) Consume the layer.
