Bogue

Some large (greater than 2GB) 32-bit, floating point .img rasters disappear when zooming in past a certain scale, and pixel values have no data.

Solution de contournement

1. Load the raster in ArcGIS 9.3.1.2. Make a copy of the raster.3. Load the copy in ArcGIS 10.4. Recalculate the statistics.5. Image will appear at all scales and the pixels will have values.User also told me of this workaround that I have not tested:1. Using the model builder within ERDAS Imagine 9.3, he re-calculated each cell in the raster by multiplying the cell values by 1.0. 2. He opened the new raster in ArcGIS 10, calculated statistics and built pyramids.Note: We both think that he would probably get the same results if he just exported the raster from ERDAS 9.3 as a new file.
