Solution de contournement
Run the Modify operation in the software installer to restore the Software Authorization Wizard.
- Start > Run > appwiz.cpl.
- Right-click ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3 > Change.
- Select Modify and run the installer.
- Check to see if the Software Authorization Wizard is present.
