When tabbing around the ArcGIS Administrator with the Availability tab selected, the focus disappears when tabbed onto the list view object. This is as designed because there isn''t anything to set focus to when tabbed onto the object. There is similar behavior for a groupbox object. Additionally, after manually selecting an item in the list view, the tab focus will be set to that item from now on. The list view object itself cannot have focus, but its items can.
