Bogue
Saving changes to a web map in Map Viewer or logging out/in to Portal for ArcGIS causes any smart forms set via the ArcGIS Field Maps web application to be deleted.

This is expected behavior when having separate tabs open in a browser. Saving information in one tab does not automatically update the information in another tab. The smart form is removed after saving the web map changes because the first tab is still referencing the previous state of the web map before the smart form was configured. After opening an existing web map in the new Map Viewer in one browser tab, and then creating a smart form through the ArcGIS Field Maps web application in another browser tab for the same map, before saving any changes to the web map through the new Map Viewer, the browser tab must be manually refreshed to ensure the tab is referencing the current version of the web map with those recent changes.Étapes pour reproduire
